Salary: R163,680 – R192,810 per year

  • Kuilsriver Magistrate’s Office – Ref: 31/2025/WC (1 Position)
  • Vredendal Magistrate’s Office – Ref: 32/2025/WC (1 Position)

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
  • PSIRA Grade C Certification.
  • Knowledge of physical security procedures, safety legislation, and security frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving ability and good interpersonal relations.
  • Capable of planning and organizing security activities.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to operate and monitor security equipment.
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements in a government or institutional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control access to the building.
  • Ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and property.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to security alerts.
  • Prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
  • Support security operations during weekends and after-hours when needed.
